Email / Ticket Support Correspondence Only
We are a very small team doing what we love to do and rarely outsource the work we take on. We devote all of our working time to the creation of our website projects and management of the services we provide. This leaves us with very little time for lengthy phone calls, so ALL correspondence is initially undertaken by EMAIL and after your account has been created, you’ll be able to contact us through our ticket support system.
The way we collect the information we need for a website design project is a fairly simple process which makes it easy for our Clients to communicate their preferences and requirements. We collect all material content for your project via our secure file transfer system which you will be able to access from your Website Creation account dashboard.
Website Project Acceptance
Once you have requested a custom Brochure Website or Web Shop package, we will let you know within 48 hours if your project has been accepted. You will normally be offered a start date within 2-8 weeks from the time that you have requested the package. We will only decline your project, if we are unable to offer you a start date within the next 8 weeks.
Website Creation
Of course, we would like to say just a few days, however, realistically, the time it takes will truly will depend on the earliest start date that we can offer you and the size of your new website.
As soon as we accept your project, you will be given a scheduled start date. The date you are given will take into account the number of other website projects that we have scheduled ahead of yours, and the size and type of your new website. All projects are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
Once we start your project, our aim is to have your new website live on the web within 7 – 42 working days.
As they say ‘Good things come to those who wait’, and that includes your new website! 🙂
Payment Information
DEPOSIT PAYMENT
Once a start date for your new website project has been agreed, you will be invoiced for the initial 50% deposit payment which must be paid within 48 hours. The start date for your project is only reserved upon receipt of the deposit payment. If the deposit isn’t received in time and we haven’t had any further communication from you, the start date will be made available to another Client.
BALANCE PAYMENT
When your website is ready to go live, you will be invoiced for the remaining 50% balance payment. Your website will be made live on the web within 24 hours of the balance payment being received.
DEPOSIT REFUND UPON CANCELLATION
Should you decide to cancel before the start of your project and after you have made the deposit, the following conditions apply. The deposit payment is fully refundable if you cancel giving at least 7 days notice prior to the scheduled start date. If however you cancel on the 6th day or less before the scheduled start date or after the project has been started, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
Technical Support
We provide FREE Technical support for the life of your website when hosted on our server.
Technical support is available to fix server issues and system glitches which may affect your website. It does not include maintenance work on your website such as performing WordPress updates, updating content or fixing website design layout issues. In that instance, you will be asked to use our Management Service or to sign up for a Care Plan.
Technical issues are rarely encountered, but when they do occur, you can request support at any time by submitting a support ticket through your Client dashboard. We will respond to any support request within our business hours of 10am – 7pm (GMT) and will endeavour to resolve any technical issue as quickly as possible.

Website Back-Ups
We create back-ups of all websites on our servers on a weekly basis as a precautionary measure in the event of system failure or other uncontrollable forces that result in loss of website data.
If you require your website to be backed up on a DAILY basis, please consider signing up for one of our Care Plans which offer daily back-ups.
Adult, Gambling and Gaming Websites
We are unable to host any brochure website or web shop that contains Live Adult Material Content or Products, Gambling or Gaming content on our servers.
