Requesting Your Brochure Website or Web Shop

As soon as you request your Brochure or Web Shop Creation package, you will be required to complete a Website Design form. You will need to provide the following information:-

Personal Details

Name, Company/Business Name, Telephone Number, Address, and Email Address

Domain Name

Website Creation does not provide a Domain Name with any Brochure or Web Shop package, therefore you will need to provide a Domain Name. The registration of a Domain Name is a simple process, and by registering your own Domain Name, you will retain full responsibility and ownership of your own Domain Name. You must be the registered owner of the Domain Name that you want to be used for your website project.

Purpose of Website

To help us understand your goals and to enable us to create a website specifically for the purpose intended, you will be required to tell us the purpose of your website and to describe what you hope to achieve.

Website Design Information

To help us create a website that matches your vision of how your website should look, we will need to know your preferred website colour scheme, and for our Custom Brochure or Web Shop packages, we will also need to know your design ideas. To ensure we gain a good sense of your style and preferences prior to creating your website, you will need to provide 3 URL’s of websites that appeal to you and tell us what it is that you specifically like about those websites. (Please be aware that your website design will be unique and your design cannot be the same as any of the websites that you show us)

The answers that you provide on the form will represent your ideas and vision of your website.

The Creation Of Your Website

As soon as we have received the website design form, and accepted your website creation project, you will be offered a scheduled start date. If you agree to the start date that is offered, we will generate an invoice to request the deposit payment as shown on site for your website package. Payments are accepted via bank transfer only. Full details of how to make payment will be sent to you by email.

Prior to your scheduled start date, you must send us the content for your website. Content includes your company/website logo (if you have one), text for web pages and images. You may also send your own website design drawings or images if you have any. (If you do not have a logo, we will create one for you and if you need images, we will refer you to a stock library on the web). We prefer to receive your website content by Email, however, you can send it to us by post, to the postal address shown on your Welcome Email.

If you have selected a Web Shop Creation package, we will require images of your products, product descriptions, and prices. We will also require your PayPal email address to set up PayPal payment processing on your website.

When we start to work on your project, you will be given access to the development area of your site where you can view your website throughout the time it is being created. Once we have created a design, it will be shown to you for your approval, and at this stage, we will make any changes that you request. Once you have approved the design, we then continue to build the site and optimize it for search engines. Your website will be made live on the web when you are completely happy with it and we have received the balance of the full payment required for your package. We aim to have your website live between 7-42 working days (actual time will depend on the size of your website) from your scheduled start date.

The Creation Of Your Email Account(s)

Email accounts will normally be created within 72 hours after your scheduled start date and can be used immediately. You will be notified when set up of email addresses is completed.

After The Completion Of Your Website Creation

You will be given full access to your site and you will be sent instructions to help you update your own website as and when you need to. You will be given free full technical support for 30 days after your website goes live.
